I applied for a study permit on the 31st of july , over 14 weeks ago and have received no update from the London High Commission

I am thinking of applying online again but from India as the processing time is much quicker and I need my study permit proof within the next 3 weeks.

Will making a 2nd application automatically cancel my first application in progress or no ?
