Mailing application from overseas via DHL. Which CIC address to send to?

Hey all. Finished getting everything and ready to ship out our application. Just wanting to double check the correct CIC mailing address. As the title says I'm sending it via DHL from overseas. On the website it says :

Application for spouses, common-law partners or conjugal partners and dependent children (currently living outside Canada):

CPC Mississauga
P.O. Box 3000, Station A
Mississauga, ON
L5A 4N6

And then it states: If you are sending the application by a courier service instead of by mail, use this address (no public drop-offs):

Case Processing Centre – Mississauga
2 Robert Speck Parkway, Suite 300
Mississauga, ON
L4Z 1H8

Just making sure I'm to send it to the second address? Would hate to get this far and send it to the wrong one. Thanks for your time.

That is correct. The second address.

So they have to open the application before they can see if it is inland or outland?
