M.Engg. or PG Diploma in Canada after M.tech in India

I had done B.tech in Mechanical and M.tech in production within India. Now i want to study in Canada and find my field related job their. Should i go for M.Engg or Pg Diploma.
M.engg- will give me more broad job prospects. Professional degree leads to easy PR. But risk in Visa application as it is kinda repetitive degree.
PG Diploma- will be more specified. Job prospects will be less. A bit less risk in visa. PR will need field related job for sure.
Also i dont wanna go for PHD ???

What should i do???

Ok. I had applied in Ottawa, Carleton, Concordia, Windsor University for M.Engg. Waiting for the offer letter. Lets hope they accept the case of double masters. How will i justify this in SOP for Visa application.
Also any other suggestion. Will highly appreciate that. Thanks
