I need suggestions fm all respected members. i applied for immigration Feb'2012 , called for interview in Abudahbi on 21st feb 2013,VO told me they will let me know with in two months & after waiting one year now i got mai through my lowyer that my work experience & work place is fake ,now i will obviously defend my case through my supportive documents.Bcs CHC has given me 30 days for explaination .As i have resigned my job due to some personal reason before eight months.plz i need your suggestions & prayers. :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( reply as soon as possible. thx

i wanted to apply for US visit visa this month and was wondering if that would have any influence on the PR application or background/security check..at present I'm waiting for my MR to come hopefully and Its going to be two yrs since I applied in April this yr.

I applied for us visit visa and got it while my PR application was in process and after 6 month of receive my US visa I also got my MR request. So I think there is not impact to apply US visit visa on your PR application

trying to keep this post up ....seems like there's no news from anywhere ...how are you toothfairy..no news from you yet...I feel like we both are the only ones who have applied at lvo in 2012 from UAE...2013 applicants are really having their cases moving fast..its good for them..somehow we are stuck and there's nothing to do about it..have applied for gcms notes..still havent got that yet..i think our cases are stuck in extended BGC i just hope it ends soon and well and no more delay after receiving MR hopefully..fingers crossed! hows things with u..

Thanks for asking dear Aw910, you are right, for us nothing seems working, it has been long 2 yrs of waiting and still stuck in BG checks..Only God knows when these checks will be finished, honestly I started losing hope..maybe Canada is not for me.
