Guys, I need your help. I still haven't created my CIC account but I have the most needed requirements for the EE HOWEVER my CRS score is still very low (around 351), and as you know, the current cut-off score is around 480.

I have a bachelor degree in business, good IELTS score (19 points) , 4 years managerial experience, and 29 years old.

why do you think there is a HUGE difference in the score? am I doing something wrong? Im not even sure if Im eligible for EE. Appreciate your help !!!)

What's your IELTS score?

Age: 110
Education: 120
Language: 29(W) + 16 (L) + 22 (S) + 16 (R) = 83
Skill transferability factors (education): 13
Skill transferability factors (work experience): 25
Total: 351

Higher IELTS score would get you more points and further education.

Hi Iyad,

If you are 29 your CRS score would be 356 not 351. You would need to improve your IELTS grades in order to get a higher score. Your score would be 441 with:

Speaking: 7.5
Listening: 8.5
Reading: 8.0
Writing: 7.5

441 still hasn't been good enough to receive an Invitation to Apply through Express Entry. So you could look at doing a two years Masters Degree which would boost your score to 470 (you would be 31 years old in 2 years).

Any score greater than 450 has been enough to snag an ITA through express entry. It's just a matter of patience.

You could also apply for jobs or get nominated by a province which would boost your score by 600 points. (If that were to happen you would not need to re-sit the IELTS Examination.)

Good Luck!

IELTS is the only option.

But even if he/she get's maximum scores on the IELTS, it will still be difficult to get an ITA without getting further education.

Scores below 450 have never been invited.

So its IELTS and further study, OR Applying to a province for nomination, OR getting a job with an LMIA.

Have you gotten an ECA done?

Check your eligibility here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/ctc-vac/ee-start.asp

Do you have a LMIA-supported job offer in Canada ?
Do you have past study (at least 2 years) or work experience (at least 1 year) in Canada ? Does your spouse ?
Do you have relatives in Canada ? Does your spouse ?

Unless the answer is "yes" to one of the above questions, you are not eligible for EE because your score on the FSW eligibility grid is only 65; you need 67 to be eligible.

You can up your IELTS score a little more to get maximum points.
Getting a master's degree (or at the very least, another post grad course) will also help a lot.

The strict CRS cut off should subside once the backlog in the IRCC workload becomes manageable, of course "when" that will happen is a big question...so try your luck with provincial nomination as well - PEI, New Brunswick, Saskatchewan to name a few.

Hi there

My CRS score is just 346. What are the options for me to get immigration done, My sister is Canadian national. PNP are also nearly impossible for me as no one fits in my situation and NOC.

Thanks
