ur going to canada for studies if ur academics is the most important thing....if u have good acad and work experience then its even better...but since ur not going there for job just work exp is not sufficient.
Your bachelor's and 12th grade scores are not that bad. Just focus on getting 7 bands in IELTS. 7 is not that hard to get if you do well in listening(this 1 is the easiest) and reading.
