How to make strong study visa profile.

I have got 62.36% in 10th standard.
49.54% in 12th science stream.(1 year gap between 11th and 12th).
54.84% in Bachelor degree in IT. With 1 backlog(completion year 2018).
Working since 2018.
I have almost 3 years of experience in IT field as a software tester in TCS.
I have taken a PG certificate course related to IT.
Ielts scores is 6.5 overall no band less than 6.
I am taking a sabbatical leave from my company for my further studies for 2 years.
As my academics are very low what should I do to make my profile stronger?

Because your grades are low and you should be going for a Masters (but can’t), you need to have a strong reason for taking a PG in IT in Canada when you already have a Bachelors in IT. You need to show how taking this program in Canada will lead to career advancement. Why do you need to spend thousands on a a Canadian PG that is similar to a Bachelors. A two year sabattical leave will not have any relevance...who keeps your job on hold for two years.
