I applied for visitor visa with my mum unfortunately i got a refusal. I was 14 years old But now i am applying again and i am 18 so i need UCI number. I just wanna know that the UCI number of me and my mum was the same right? Cuz i was minor .

No. Each person will have their own UCI, yours has nothing to do with your Mom's. Leave the field blank, it isn't mandatory, they will find it.
