Many thanks. May be i don't get the point because i'm not english speaking and i'm sorry about that. For me "applying" means that they can say no to PR card.
Fair point. If you get a PRTD with the RC-1 code, you can apply for a PR card without serious concern that there will be a problem.

Thanks a lot. This was my point. I dont know the length of the time window they offer in the PRTD to join Canada, but once there, i was asking myself if they could reject my PR card demand althouth i even dont know how long the card would be posted.

The RC-1 is very important not just any PRTD.

Many thanks! this is a new (logical) information. So it might entails that (?) that a PRTD without this mention could mean complications for receiving approval for PR card perhaps.

Yes

Ok Many thanks. Perhaps, the best is to renounce and reapply although the process is competitive because the HC procedure seems uncertain in outcome and lenght i guess.

This is ultimately only a decision you can make.

Sure you're right. I meant i thought it was quiet certain (either no or yes) but finally, if i understand, you can receive your PRTD but once reach to Canada, you might have an negative outcome when applying to the PR card. This makes things complicated because once you know this, what will you do there? you have to wait for the decision and do nothing.

I think you are overthinking this, if you don't mind me saying so.

If you are applying under H&C, usually the only type of visa they would issue is RC-1. And as we've said above, if you get the visa coded RC-1 there is basically no issue. (If it comes back with some other code, then can ask)

That said: there are reasons to believe you might get refused (which would basically mean revocation of PR status), and/or that it might take some time to be processed.

We can't tell you want is best. But at some point, you either renounce or apply for the PRTD.

Thank you for your interesting comment. I like that point. I agree it is likely to get rejected. So you say that coded RC-1 means no problem for PR card. It's seems clear.
