I have lost my last employment experience letter which was issued to me in Dec 2015, i requested the company to issue it again, but the HR refused, saying they cannot issue the letter again.
What are my options, My job duties are clearly mentioned on my offer letter, i have all other like employment contract, relieving letter and salary slip etc. whats the best that can be done here.

I dont think its an issue - most companies nowadays dont issue hard copies. My reference letter clearly says - delivered in electronic format - so there is no hard copy available.
