Documents Submission for FSW EE

Following are the documents that I am submitting as part of my FSE EE application:
1. Passport front & Back Page with all stamped pages.
2. Medical Acknowledgement Slip
3. Education Documents in below order
• WES ECA Report
• IELTS Test Report Form
• Post-Graduation Degree Certificate
• Post-Graduation Mark sheets for all semesters
• Graduation Degree Certificate
• Graduation Mark sheets for all years
4. Police Clearance Certificate for India
5. Police Clearance Certificate for Australia (issued by Australian Federal Police) & Traffic History Report from Victoria Police.
6. 1st Employment Documents in below Order:
• Appointment Letter (Black & White scan copy)
• Relieving cum Service Certificate
• Salary Certificate
• Denial Email from HR not issuing Reference letter stating roles and responsibility.
• Reference Document on stamped pages from Senior Colleague stating roles, responsibilities and employment.
• Salary slips of various random months (stating salary in Australian Dollars and in INR during tenure)
7. 2nd Employment Documents in following order :
• Offer Letter
• Service and Relieving Letter
• Reference Letter on Company Letterhead (stating roles, responsibility , position and duration of employment)
• Salary Slips for random months.
8. 3rd Employment Documents in following order :
• Offer Letter
• Employment Verification Letter
• Relieving Letter
• Reference Letter on Company Letterhead (stating roles, responsibility , position and duration of employment)
• Salary Certificate
• Pay slips for random months
9. Proof of Funds :
• Account Confirmation Letter
• Account Balance Confirmation Letter
• Account Statement of last 7 months.
• Git Deed Document (notarized , on e-stamp paper)
