Lost Credit Card

Today after 53 days I got email reply from CIC, I have sent them an email regarding my update on ffee form.

My first application was returned around middle October, and I have sent my 2nd right away! It was received on 20th! Fee update was received on 06.November, so far I haven't received any return from CIC!

They mentioned in mail all reasons why they have returned it, but everything apply to first app.

Did any one sent as update bank draft and they have return it?

Hi Guys,

I applied for permanent residence on the 15h of August and I put my credit card info in my application for my fees option. Unfortunately, I happened to lose my credit acrd yesterday , and i had to cancel it. So far, i did not receive any update from CIC, not even my AOR yet. So they did not charge me yet. I am not sure what to do in this situation. If any of you have any idea, what can be done, for example, can i amybe contact CIC and let them know that I lost my credit card, so maybe I can provide them with a new credit acrd information.
If any idea, please and please advise. I really want to do my best,so my application is not returned as this will result in a lot of delay for my application.

mine was compromised, and the payment thing gave CIO decline when they tried to charge me. 2 months later I got the package return, and resend the application with a bank draft. and My application was received in a busy month, and it hangs there until now. (Application was received 28th Aug, and AORs are issued to applications around 25,26 recently) the payment incident "did not" affect me that much.

Yesterday CIC tried to charge my old credit card account, and of course it was rejected! Since I have sent then an bank draft as well which was received on 06.Nov, and applications on 20.Oct. should I still hope that they will maybe try to cash out bank draft!

i do have more or less same story !! they tried old credit card , rejected !! till date neither i got my application packet back nor they tried to charge my new Credit card provided.

You should expect your application is coming back as if you sent the new CC information in November and the CIC tried to use your old card in Dec, it would appear that your new CC information never reached the file.

Well same as my case, but why they haven't returned in my case mine bank draft?

Update od my case!

On 09.Jan Thay tried to charge a credit card, rejected! I have sent them a bank draft and I was wondering why they tried to charge a credit since I sent update ( bank draft )

Today I checked In bank and it was cashed yesterday ))))
