I am looking for a translator accredited by Association of Translators and Interpreters of Ontario (ATIO) (Waterloo-Kitchener area). Anyone has any idea how can I find one ? I look at the website atio.on.ca and couldnt find anything ...

I will also let them certify true copies of my transcripts.

Thanks for your reply. I just emailed them. I am just afraid that they are not ATIO accredited.
Just email the translator (ATIO certified of course) with your scanned documents and ask them to translate, they don't need to be in the same city
First search the ATIO website for the language you need, leave it set for "any region."
If you can't find the right langauage combination, try one of the other provincial associations... Or name the language here and then people can help you.
