Translation by a certified translator

Hi

I looked for a certified translator and found one from the ATIO webpage.
But the person is a CANDIDATE for ATIO certification, and she is also IRB (immigration and refugee board of Canada) member.
Is it safe to get my document translated by this person?
Or should I look for a person who is fully certified from AITO?

Things are so confusing..

must be AITO? I was told by the translation agency that if you are under PNP, or if you want to translate marriage certification or driving license, AITO is a must.
Otherwise only certified translator is enough and get the certified copy of original document
