before this i had eme thailed them 4 times and each time i got the reply that Back ground check is pending, and now the above ansewer
my question is that
DOes any one else got the same reply after back ground check
is it in routene that after BG check IO reviews the file
and how long this review will take
guys the wait is just killing and frustrating isnt it

Dear Sir/ Madam,i got the same reply on 12 of july n its confusing either they are waiting for my BGC to come n then they will review or they are waiting for my due date on which they will review my app i,ve ordered my caips notes which will solve this problem application btw i m mi3 applicant

I have checked our ECAS this morning to find it has changed to "Decision Made"!! But nothing to say Positive or Negative, OMFG it's what we have been waiting for but now concerned if it's negative!!

I received my MR on 28 March 2012 whereas my second line was added on 15 June 2012. So, ECAS is good for getting idea, not more than that. On the other hand, you have to take the correspondence of your Immig. Officer seriously.
