Friends one question if some one have two marriages. How will he include both wives in his application simultaneously?
Currently the case of first wife is in process along with applicant, while applicant has made second marriage too and now wants to include the case of his second wife too in his current existing file. is it possible to include second wife's case too in your application? As I believe Canada does not allow to keep two wives simultaneously.
Lastly, if he is not allowed to include second wife and he wants to exclude his first wife and include his second wife in his current existing application, how possible and will be done? Thanks for expert suggestions.

"It is illegal to have multiple spouses inCanada. It is a criminal offence inCanada to have more than one spouse. Section 293 of the Criminal Code prohibits polygamous relationships. Polygamy is an umbrella term that encompasses polyandry, polygyny, and bigamy.
For instance, in Ali v Canada (Minister of Citizen & Immigration), (1998), Mr. Ali was denied entry into Canada because he had applied for permanent residence for both his wives on separate applications.
This formed reasonable grounds to believe that he would practice polygamy in Canada contrary to section 293 of the criminal code and, at the time, section 19(1)(d)(i) of the Immigration Act. Mr. Ali unsuccessfully argued that he would not practice polygamy in Canada by having the two wives in separate residences and in different provinces. It was held that, despite the two wives living apart, the parties would still be in illegal polygamous relations.
Most people getting PPR updates now are express entry applicants. Paper based applications ants that got ppr in London was in August 15th and since then, no updates. Some people were talking about Visa allocations has been exhausted while some dnt even kno wot is really going on. It is a proven fact that allocations are being released to every Visa offices in first week of November. Let's see wot happen from there onwards.
I have also done my medicals since July 18th, why do they have to transfer my file to London office, when they know, they had almost exhausted the quota for PNP applicants.
