Hmm, I don't know what to say, but ask you to be a little bit more patient. Maybe another 3 to 4 Months.
I thought your case was "FAST TRACK"- New regulations though. It looks like they are just picking them up as the new ones are coming in and randomly.
Are you guys on trackitt.com?
I have the feeling that the cases that are left from old applicants may not be taking as good care as the ones under the new rules, I just hope they do not get very delayed, since it would be great to experience the next Canadian summer.

Yes, we applied to the London office at the beginning of September 2007, AOR also Sept. 2007.
Is that more or less when you applied also.
I am really hoping we can be there either by next summer 2010 or Xmas 2010 at least.
Looking at the dates you've referenced, it does seem as if the process is a 'long winded' one. 3 years! If one were to receive a job offer, would that speed up the process??
hi
does anybody know, when we send the Initial Application to CIO in Nova Scotia, do we have to send notarized photocopyof the passport or without notarized.
