You're almost there! Since you're in SS. Few weeks left on your file to have it completed. I assure you within few weeks you will hear good news. SS take 1 up to 8 months to be completed. You're almost there my dear.

I was hoping so, but I just got an email from London saying it didn't start until end if November which means the sent end of November, cbsa probably didn't start on processing it until December. I'm expecting and hoping for an August completion

PFL is procedural fairness letter. It's a letter from saying they are considering to refuse your application but giving you a chance to supply more information abd change their minds. If you haven't heard anything, abd your bgc is in progress then you are probably in ss. Security screening.

yes im april 19 2018 apps no new till date... but im hopeful that before this month end we will get an update since we complited 1 year already

Yes ss is bgc. A regular bgc takes around 1 month or 2. But some applicants (mainly from middle east get put into ss for a deep bgc. Which takes upto 12 months.

12 months ONLY for bgc. 8 to 12 months is the average right now our bgc started in October abd is still going

Can you send me your timeline?? London loooves sending their applicants to ss. Either because were from the middle east or because they are overloaded with work and pass us over to ss so they can catch up on other files if your bgc has been in process for over 2 or 3 months, your probably in ss.

These are my suggestions.. 1st get gckey if you dint have it already ill send you the link. 2nd email London (they don't have a phone number) and ask them if you could please have an application update. London takes a while to reply. Sometimes 2 or 3 weeks

i dont have gckey since i have representative she is the only one who can open but she is not giving any information..
on ecas only im depending. one of my friend tried to contact cic by hangoutd were it mentioned that bgc not started and no additional documents is required i dont know if it is updated too..
we sent already email to MP yesterday..will see how it will goes....
