London Visa office? (email + good sign or bad?)

Hi

I recieved a reply to my email from CPP Ottawa (my wife is sponsoring me from Pakistan) stating that my file has been forwarded to the London visa office.
I can't seem to find thier contact info online, does anyone know what email address i can send to?
and secondly does anyone know if this is a good sign or a bad sign? Why did Islamabad send our file to London?

Quite a few files from ISL have been transferred to London, there is a thread if you want to join http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/spousal-immigration-file-transferred-to-london-office-from-islamabad-t171377.0.html so you can get an idea. As it's fairly new, it will be difficult to tell you whether you will have to apply the London processing times (11 months) to your case, or the ISL ones (26 months).

London usually doesn't send an AOR to tell you that your file has been received, and most of the time only answers when it's a specific question - not a general one about how long it will take.
