I know it is frustrating to wait that long. Unfortunately for some people it takes 2 months while for others it takes 3 months.

Same! I've just logged on and seen that our application has been approved. Would I expect COPR through the post today?

I submitted my passport on 29th June.
So far no news.
Would you please share your timeline?

Submitted my passport on 6 Jun-22, sent to IRCC by VFS on 7 Jun-22. Called VFS on 7 Jul-22, they said its out of their hands and I need to wait for Canada visa office to revert. Called again on 25 Jul-22, they said to mail to ldnimmigration@international.gc.ca . No reply since then. Looking at this thread, looks like 8 weeks is not a long time.

Hi, I also have received a request for passport submission. Do I need to send only the following documents as mentioned in the document - print of the request letter, passport, 2 photographs ?
To what address should I send this package and what fees do I need to pay if any and how? I am a bit lost in all this. Can anyone point me to the right direction. Thanks a lot
