31st August my passport was received at IRCC . Today 24th October counterfoil has been generated on the profile.
Yet to receive VFS notification.
So yes took me exactly 8 weeks!

Received my passport from London VO in exactly 1 month.
Submitted in person at VFS London on 9/28, Received by IRCC London 9/29.
Counterfoil generated and stamped passport sent back on 10/28

No updates after that.

Yes it was requested last oct, PA completed 10th oct.. but request was really late, came after more than a month after BIL and SA

They are extremely slow. I am in the same boat. Passport received by London UK IRCC office on 19th Oct and no updates since then. Let's keep posted if we get any updates.

I am in the same boat, passport submitted 13th of October, in fact I have had to shift other personal travel dates twice now, and I am hesitant on recalling the passport.

I also received a message today from VFS that the decision envelope has been received but I only received the message for dependents not for me (Primary applicant).
