thankyou for your reply @legalfalcon . but i dont have the pswd of my IRCC account and the representative does not share it either. Can i stil raise a webform or GCMs? there will be no change offcourse to the application without consulting the rep
You do not need your account password and a licensed representative or a lawyer cannot give you the passport as they have special accounts from where they manage multiple applications.
Dear @legalfalcon@caipsnotes ,
My application is handled by my agent and they already had requested a GCMS notes through ATIP in Sep 2020. As of now, they seem reluctant to send one more for an update. Can you please advice if I can raise a webform on my own or I need to go through my agent only. Also, my brother is based in Canada, can he place the request on my behalf or no?
Hi. Ask for your brother to obtain your Gcms Notes, in fact request from CBSA if you want to avoid potential delays. It's the same process and you can see more about it here https://bit.ly/34nuJPu

Its the same process and cost ($5) whether your brother or your agent obtains the Gcms Notes and regardless of who obtains the notes it does not have any negative impact to the processing of your application and no questions will be asked. Since your agent may not be assisting as he/she should that's why you can ask your brother

Hi everyone, I have called IRCC today to inquire about eligibility and other stages of my application as well as VO and received the following information:
Agent was unable to update me on any of the stages since the file was transferred to London, England VO. (I felt bad for calling so soon but I must say the agent was extremely friendly and courteous).
FSW-O with October 2020 AOR - Country of Residency: UAE
Any idea if this is a positive sign or just regular old workload balancing?
Hi folks, what status do you currently have in the background section of your profile? Is it "We are processing your BGR check" or "Your application is in progress"? How long ago did you noticed the last GU in your file?
