Hoping to receive the passport in a day or two as counterfoil has been generated in the profile when I checked just now.

Does anyone know how long it takes to get the passport back for visitor visa applicants? How many weeks usually?
 
My husband submitted his passport 5 weeks ago at London VFO for stamping. we still did not get it back. Can anyone help me what can be done to get his passport or the latest timelines.
