No it has to be PVO not LVO....

There is no harm in sending to both..but LVO will reply instantly that your file is transferred to PVO n PVO have a problem in replying in english...if you could translate in FRENCH maybe you will get a quick reply...
I have worked with these french guys company...even if they know they are hesitant to reply back in english.

Hello to all.

I have a question regarding paying the Right of Permanent Residence Fees. I want to pay by bank draft as I am not confident about bank transfers from Saudi Arabia. They mention in their email that

"By bank draft or certified cheque drawn on a Canadian bank and made out to the Canadian Embassy."

Does this mean that the name on the bank draft should be "Canadian Embassy" and not "Canadian Embassy in Paris" or something like this? Has anybody had experience with sending a bank draft with this name?

I will greatly appreciate your help.

Bank Draft in CA$ in name of "The Receiver General for Canada"

I had done the same thing....its fine
