It seems VOs are in full swipe, my sincere wishes are with those who are waiting dreadfully for their cases to be concluded but remember we don't have anything in our hands, we just pray.

Still PVO not responding to my quiries,

two weeks ago I sent them an e case to change my PO Box in my file but still the old PO Box shown and not changed,
Also I sent them two e mails, one in french and the other in english, but no responce

Any ideas

Normally it takes time for them to reply, in addition the subject matter of your inquiry is also essential. Like one of my friend inquired about the status of his case as he already sent some documents. The response was received within 15 minutes say, we are about to finalize your file.

So don't worry, be patient.

Friends by file was transferred from LVO to PVO.

After Medical received line appeared on ecase its now DM since past 22 days...still havent got PPR sent CSI also but NO REPLY....

what could be the reason of delay...also its not clear on DM whats the outcome of DM.....

If you are dealing with an agent be on their head....else they might receive the email and forget
