Welcome to the forum, I have added your info, please look at the spread sheet, it asks when your application was received at CIC not when you sent it. I take it you are a British citizen?

Yes I was advised in a different forum on this website to use bank drafts for all fee payments in the process. It takes away the hassle of any potential delays due to card expiry, cancellations etc.

I had paid my PF and RPRF fees together online and submitted my application to CIO Sydney. I got my AOR from Sydney on 25th march with acknowledgment of Deposited fees and Now waiting for my 2nd AOR from New Delhi. What should i do now depending on the history of your case?

Hi,

No you can't pay RPRF fee online, I have just today received an email back from Ottawa which stated the following:

Hi,

You will need to pay London by bankers draft only for RPRF. We can issue a refund for your HPM receipt R******** directly on the credit card...used for payment. please advise?

Hi, each VO works differently, so not sure what will come next in your case? Please look at the timeline of other New Delhi applicants and see what the current trend is, this will give you an idea of what to expect next.
