If you check the CIC website the average processing time of pre feb 2008 cases has gone up from 48 months to 49 months recently. So according to those statistics we are still within our processing time till september. If we don't get anything until september end then there is something to worry about and will have to knock on CIC door for an answer. Until then we just can hope for the good. I think we are still lucky compared to few other members in this forum as there are few cases with jul 07 AOR and still haven't recieved medical requests and there are few unlucky one's who received letters from CIC that there case has been put on hold for another 2 years. So I think we should still consider ourselves a bit lucky here. Trust me God is helping us and we have to keep faith in him.
Welcome to this thread. Is your visa office London? Have you tried to contact VO asking the reason for delay? If yes did u get any response? Did u orderd CAIPS recently?
Almost all of us are getting exactly the same reply. Hopefully we will hear some gud news this month. k77 who got nearly the same timeline as us recieved passport request today. This has raised hopes for lot of us.

buddy the case of k77 has bring some hope for us as well.I am surprised his visa officer took time to reply for his email almost 3 days back( on 12th July ) before sending him PPR ;D ;D ;D Regarding mlgarcia I beg to differ from your opinion.Infact our files are waiting for a review by an Immigration Officer whereas his file is waiting for a review by a medical officer which shows that his med results are might not evaluated yet.
Hi mlgarcia525,
In my view you shd order your CAIPS notes ASAP or itleast enquire CHC whether your results are completed or not as its been almost 7 months since you submitted your meds and still they are waiting for a review by a med officer whereas normally the evaluation of meds is done in a month or so after submission of complete med results.Remember in most of circumstances the BG checks start ONLY after meds have been completed and evaluated by CIC.
