I am sorry i could not reply soon . actually i was in Europe and now i am in Canada on visit visa.
When i send RPRF and other items in july 2011 the CHC London lost that package and write me again
to submit all items . that is why my case delayed and now they e-mail me that they receive all items.

your app. is in process or waiting to be rewied by an immigration officer.no further action is required by you at this time.
our officer will contect the applicant when a decision has been made or if further information is required.immigration decision and information are sent by post or email to the addresses provided in the application.

their reply is very strange.in last enquiries they said is cirrently awaiting officer's review then under going bachground checks. and now reply i s not clear. CONFUSING.BECAUSE if they have issued medical then their reply must be this "you rmedical has been issued or will send in due course.
DON'T KNOW WHATS GOING ON.I THINK I HAVE TO WAITTILL DEC.ALLAH KNOWS BETTER.VERY DEPPRESING.

Dear Safa,
I think the reply is positive, you file now waiting review from the VO, means there is a good chance that the background checks are over
plus as u mentioned, the reply is from the MEDS Dept.
as for me, the last 3 replies were, awaiting background checks
here is what i think, first the background checks, then once the results are in, it goes in for review, as in your case, i think your file is at VOs
desk in a que waiting to be reviewed then soon inshallah MEDS
