LOE upload section not available

I am uploading documents post ITA. Section to upload LOE is not available, all of a sudden. I saw it there 1 hour before.

Try another browswe, just log out and log in again.

Loe is letter of explanation. There is no Letter of employment, only Reference letter.

It's just a visual glitch. If you log in again it should appear. It could take a few tries.

Actually I am trying from yesterday, logged in logged out 10-15 times. Should I include LOE for my spouse with her education docs and explain I am unable to upload in separate section ,thats y uploadinge here. I have only a week Left to submit.
