LOE Section Removed :o !!!

Hello Everyone,

Does any one have noticed after recent upgrade on Saturday "Letter Of Explanation" section from Document Upload in eAPR has been removed.

Does any one has idea where to now upload LOE ???

Please guide me as I have only 2 days left for uploading them. :'( :'( :'( :'(

Hi Gaurang,

You are correct, I am not able to see Letter of Explanation upload section. I signed off from the account. Cleared my cache. Then I signed in back, I could see now .

But I really understand CIC is misbehaving sometimes.

You mean you could see LOE upload disappear, or you could see LOE upload again?
