Loan sanction for Canada Studies

Hi ,
myself going to canada taking one year diploma course. Got offer letter Today from Centenial College , Canada . My parents want to take Housing Loan for that , can we take loan now from any bank on our offer letter or should wait ? Because someone told me that you have to take loan within 21 days of your offer letter acceptance ? Is it true ?
Which bank give loan for one year course easily within 21 days .................Will State bank of India be OKK ?

bro sirf sbi ya stste bsnk of patiala to he anne janldi milaga loan and property da case vich jayada time lag janda and veer koi chakar nahi hunda 21 dina vala offer letter vich.
and bank de list dakan lai vfs de wesite to check list download kar ka dakh la.........

1. You need a LOA for loan application.
2. You won't get loan from SBI and PNB (confirmed as in 2011) for diploma courses.

1. It's for any diploma. Reason: NPA is way too high for diploma cases.

As far As i Know,
CREDILA (HDFC BANK) Loans are very quick in processing, and you don't need to roam. They will come to your home and get all document and things..... Just inquire them...

But now i have heard that acc. to new rule they are not accepting loans sanction through banks ? You have to show your own money and deposit the fees ? I s it true.....not sure
