I got offer of Masters at University of windsor for jan 2020.
And i am paying GIC and deposit to university by myself, but applying for Loan for tution fees.
I have applied at Syndicat bank and they told me that they will only provide sanction letter of the loan and only release amount when visa is approved.
So, for study visa under SDS category is it possible to get visa without paying 1 year fees, instead providing sanction letter for fees??
Is there any chances of refusal in such case?
