1. Who knows, processing times vary from 6-16 weeks depending on the province.
2. Depends on how long it is approved for. Probably 3 years max (unusual) usually a 1/2 years.
6-16 weeks really? I was told that they can come back as soon as 5 days but should not take as long 2 weeks?
Without a positive LMO I will have to leave the country and my employment on June 26th? Is this correct or is there a way of applying for a WP extension while the LMO is pending?
