My workpermit expired and my employer is waiting for the LMO approval. As my Visa is expired, my employer has already applied for Visa extension mentioning that the LMO approval can come at any time. I have my PR application also in processing state.
Can anybody tell me if we need LMO if our PR application is in process?
It depends at what stage ur application is at...but if u hav applied with arranged employment..then ur work permit needs to be valid when the P.R. visa is issued!!!

Nope, you need a LMO and work permit, only applicants under the PNP programs, can get a new work permit with a PNP facilitation letter. (note we are discussing FSW not spousal applications)
