LMO minimum Wage

Hi I know that the temporary foreign worker program is intended for skilled workers who's employer is willing to pay a certain minimum I think it's 60 per year

Has anyone heard about this or knows a website were ther is more info cause I need to show it to my employer before he submits the docs

Here's the link. The employer must offer the Average wage per the location and job in the employment contract.
