LMO Based workpermit and JOB change,

HI,

I got positive LMO and workpermit through an employer.
due to some reasons I could not join the job and employer denied to offer the job.
I have workpermit valid for next 1.5 yrs.

can I find an employer and work on that workpermit ?
or DO I need to follow some other formalities ?
Please guide how can I work for some one ?

The work permit you received is tied to that specific employer. If you want to work for a different employer, you will need a new LMO (LMIA) and a new work permit.
