LMO and AINP Skilled Worker Queries

Hi,

I am on an open post graduate work permit till March 22, 2013. I am presently working with Shaw Communications Inc as a Technical Support Representative, a NOC B permanent, part-time position but for now I am getting 40hrs per week.

If I get the AINP Skilled worker category forms signed by the HR, would I be eligible to apply for the AINP Skilled worker program?

Also, would I be eligible to apply for lmo based on my present permanent, part-time position?

You must have a permanent, FULL-TIME job offer from your employer. Is there a reason why you are only listed as a part-timer but working 40 hours? Can you inform HR of your situation and request to have your status changed?
