Tell your employer to research and make sure they are eligible with the link. They need to post and prove no one applied and is the right candidate. The job must meet salary requirements too.

Yes, we go thru also with that link you send me now. In my case, newly hired do they to do interviews again so I can tell them. Thank you.

Your hiring in November was not based on them applying for a LMIA so they need to post and interview. Tell employer to call ESDC and ask before they pay the $1k application fee.
