I am working in UAE as a long distance truck driver from more than 2 years. Just, I want to know which documents are required to apply for Canada work permit/LMIA
A job offer with LMIA. Then you apply for a closed work permit.

Please guide me which documents are required for LMIA/WORK PERMIT
What documents? You need a job offer with LMIA. You need to get a Canadian employer to hire you. Then the employer applies for the LMIA and pays $1000 and shows no Canadian can do the job. This takes months to process. Then if the employer gets the LMIA, you apply for a closed work permit.
So what you need to do is find a Canadian employer.
