Get a job offer from Canadian employer who has a LMIA to prove no Canadian or PR could be hired. Then apply for a closed work permit. May want to get provincial license because you cannot work until you can drive in Canada. Research provinces that may have a truck drive PNP program.

Bro you can get hire through recruiting event in some of Atlantic provinces. Recruiter will take your interview and apply an LMIA for you. All you have to do is just research. Meanwhile get your education evaluation done and get atleast minimum 5 band each in IELTS and reading can be 4.
