My husband has got a job offer from a Canadian company. He is currently working in for the same company in India. They have offices in US, Canada and India. Is LMIA required? Would be get points for job offer in the express entry ?
 
Intra company transfer are LMIA exempt.50points under express entry can be claimed only after completion of 1 year job in Canada
