I would like to know about the lmia processing time.
My employer applied for lmia on 14th feb 2019 and still i haven't received any positive message.its more than 15 weeks today.
i wanted to know what is maximum time taken by ESDC to give positive lmia?
Is there any chances of not getting positive one ?
Currently I am in Canada and my work permit is recently approved and has received the new work permit copy. Now I will have to apply for my visa stamping, All i need to know is the procedures and what documents needed. Would someone be able to help on this? Thanks and advance

Hi @hims1983 , how was your LMIA? Did you received already? I am also wondering for my Brothers LMIA, the employer has applied 22Dec2018 and until now no positive response yet. The employer already made a follow-up with Service Canada but we're replied that there are 9000 applicants still in queue.
