LMIA Exemptions for International Students - Advice Please

Hello,

I have been in Canada for 5 plus years as an International Student and worked part-time as a Care Giver. Now, i am wanting to apply for an Open Work Permit. I already have my Full-Time Position with the company i work with. I don't see myself as a foreign worker coming in from outside Canada to work. What are my exceptions to the LMIA?

Also, I have exhausted my Post Graduation Work Permit. Applied for PR through the Care Giver Pathway but i don't think that might go all smooth giving that i had student status.

Dont you qualify for any of the express entry or PNP streams given you have studied and worked in Canada?
