LMIA Exempt for AINP

I received a provincial letter of interest and I accept it, The company that works with me will support me in LMIA Exempt.
During this time I opened a profile at an online Portal in Alberta.
Do I have to submit the exemption number to the profile?
Should I have a valid work permit?
Does LMIA Exempt add more points to the EE profile or to the AINP Profile?

Are you in Canada now and working. If so on what type of permit. Your employer would have applied and received LMIA exemption number. LMIA exemptions are only in certain situations.

I am inland, probably my employer will apply under the cultural category C50.

yes, I know it is for charity, there is a subcategory under it for culture and education I was under open work permit and I have to renew it.

So it has expired and you have stopped working? Your employer needs a LMIA exemption and you need a closed work permit.
