Hi , I have seen a couple of threads regarding the requirements of LMIA and AINP.
My husband is on an OWP ( I have a study permit) is he still required to obtain an LMIA even though he is currently exempt from needing one ?
I ask this because none of the following applies to our situation...
a LMIA exemption for workers based on one of the following exemptions as determine by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC):
international trade agreements
workers transferred within a company
International Experience Canada
Mobilité Francophone
I have sent an email to ask but wondering if any of you have first hand experience !
