LMIA based closed work permit!!

I work on LMIA based closed work permit, and if my employer fires me from job, although my work permit is valid until 2020, can my work permit be also cancelled with the termination from work.

No but you can't work.

You can stay in Canada until the expiry date of the work permit but you can no longer work.
So you must find another employer willing to get a LMIA for you or look for other immigration channels.
