Inside LMIA:

-Stream for Higher-skilled Occupations, LMIA Application Form (EMP5517)
-Federal Skilled Trades Program, LMIA Application Form (EMP5593)

Inside PR:

-Application for Permanent Residence, Federal Skilled Trades Class (IMM 5750)
