For Toronto, which cellular network will u recommend? I am looking for unlimited talk and texts. Atleast 1 gb of data. Contract so that I can get smartphone whose price is included in the bill. Also how much will it cost me?

All the large cell service providers (Bell, Rogers, Telus, Fido etc.) will cost you $55 -$75 + fees + tax per month for your criteria. Their service is pretty much same.

Freedom Mobile seems to have pretty good deals for GTA. But I'm not too sure about their reputation though.
