I am a Canadian Citizen, born and raised, but have been living and working in England for the past 15 years.
In my time in England, I met my wife, got married and we have two young children.
We are planning to move to Canada within the next couple of years.
My children and I have Canadian Passports so are able to move back to Canada.
I understand I will have to either sponsor my wife for PR or she could apply as a skilled worker.
My wife is a University Lecturer and holds a PHD in Health.

What is the best route to take? Sponsor my wife or she apply as a skilled worker?
Can I apply to sponsor my wife even though I have not lived in Canada for the past 15 years and we all still live in England?
