My elderly mother in India is taken care of by a Live-in care giver for several years.
I am a PR and I will bring my mother to canada on a super visa but the problem is bringing the
care giver.
She is 40+, has studied till 5th class ( grade) and hardly knows any English.
So I know , she is not eligible for the LIVE-IN CARE giver program of CIC.

Is there any other way I can get her to canada?
Work permit as a domestic help or Provincial program?
